Welcome to Mastro's Machine shop. Our shop focus on custom CNC machining, especially in mill-turn components. One of our machines is turn-milling all in one CNC machine which can be used to make the turning machining parts with light milling processes. The parts can be complicated since the machines have 4 axes: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and C axis.
Compare with the 2 axes turning machine, there are more 2 axes: C & Y-axis. C axis is for the lathe spindle, it has the capability to move to all the 360 degrees. The Y-axis can be moved up & down. Adopt with C & Y axis together, we can make the complicated machining parts like a spiral pattern on a turning machining part. It also improves the dimension precision & quality since the turning and milling processes have been done by one machine at one time.
